Product update - March 2026: Business branding, service extras, and booking improvements

This month's updates are focused on making bookings more professional, more flexible, and better suited to the way real dog walking businesses work day-to-day.
You can now add your business branding to confirmations, create extras for services, and take advantage of several smaller improvements requested directly by users.

⭐ NEW: Business branding
You can now upload your business logo directly within your account settings.
Your logo will automatically appear on:
- Booking summaries
- Booking confirmation emails
This helps client communications feel more professional, recognisable, and consistent with your business branding.
Small details like this help build trust with clients and create a more polished experience from booking through to confirmation.

➕ Add extras to services
One of the most requested features from users is now here: service extras.
You can now add optional extras to services for things like:
- Additional pets from the same household
- Per-booking extras
- Optional upgrades or add-ons
Extras make it easier to customise services while keeping pricing clear and transparent for clients.
They also help increase revenue per booking without creating separate services for every variation.
🙌 More improvements requested by users
Alongside larger updates, we've also added a few smaller improvements designed to make day-to-day admin smoother.
Free services
You can now create free services such as:
- Meet-and-greets
- Introductory visits
- Trial walks
Perfect for businesses that offer initial appointments before regular bookings begin.
Booking notes in confirmations
Public notes added to bookings will now appear in booking confirmation emails.
This gives clients clearer visibility of anything agreed, including important reminders, instructions, or additional details related to the booking.
Less back-and-forth, fewer misunderstandings.
Built with user feedback
Many of this month's improvements came directly from conversations with dog walkers and early Leadr users.
